Spring Floral Balls

Looking for a fun way to add a touch of Spring to your home? These DIY Spring Floral Balls are not only beautiful but they can be used a variety of ways.  They look lovely displayed on a tray or tabletop, but they also make great vase fillers to a fresh spring touch to your home decor.

Supplies needed to make this project:

• FloraCraft® Make It:Fun® Foam: Balls in assorted sizes
• Assorted silk flowers
• Wire Cutters
• Low-Temp Glue Gun & Glue (optional)

Instructions:

The first step is to trim down your flowers to about 1″-1.5″ of stem.

Now you’ll start inserting the flowers stem first into the foam balls. Depending on how full the flowers are will determine the spacing you’ll use when placing in your flowers. You’ll want to work them around to fill all the spaces for a full lush floral ball.

To make the floral balls more secure, you can add a dab of glue to the stem before you place it into the foam, but it’s not necessary.

That’s it! Now you’ve got a simple and affordable way to decorate your home for Spring. You can also attach strings and hang these to turn them into kissing balls.
